Do I need to register in order to buy from you?
Yes. Once you register with a password you will be able to login to your account and check over your order. This also allows you to download the product.

What types of payment do you accept?
Payments are set up through Paypal. After checkout you will be redirected to Paypal for payment. Paypal allows you to use your credit card or checking account for payment.

How do I receive my orders?
Once payment has been processed through Paypal you will receive an email that contains the download links for each product.

I paid through Paypal but it says my order is still pending?
Pending orders occur when there are not enough funds in your Paypal account. Paypal then requests funds directly from your bank account. This will take approximately 5 days before the order is cleared. After payment has cleared the links should be sent automatically.

Do you create custom work?
At this time I am not accepting custom orders. If you would like to suggest an idea for a clipart set or paper pack I might use your suggestion at a later time. Some of my most popular designs were suggested by customers.

I lost my download links can you resend them to me?
If you need to have your download links reactivated please contact me at admin@lillybimble.com

I went through checkout and successfully paid through Paypal but I have still not received my links.
If you have not received an email with your download links more than 15 minutes after payment. Please check your spam box. If there is nothing in your spam box please contact me with your order number at admin@lillybimble.com.  You can also login to your account and check your order history. You should be able to see your order with the links for each item.
